I'm experimenting with it much more because it is easier for me (and YMMV) to use than the HX FX - which in itself is much easier than anything else I'd used before then. I'm really warming to the Gigboard, TBH, and may spend some time seeing if it can replace the HX FX on my "band" pedalboard. ![]() I haven't tried any myself, but someone must be feeling they nailed it. There are three knobs to the right of the display that let you manipulate settings for a single virtual. There are a few Brian May presets built by members of the user community available to download from the Headrush Community website. The touch screen is the centerpiece of the HeadRush. There's a parametric EQ that I suspect could do a decent Rangemaster sound. Not always modelling famous pedals can also mean the effects may not suffer from the limitations of the carefully copied digital versions, too. Nothing like as many as Line 6, so instead of rejecting 20 overdrive models you hate for the two or three you like, you can just reject 6 or 7! There's one or two options for each effect type.The Headrush website lists all the models in the current firmware release. ![]() ![]() The HR effects selection is much more basic than the Helix.
